This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform, applications, and related services (the “Services”).
By using MTrackPro, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect the following types of information when MTrackPro is used:
Company details, billing information, and subscription preferences.
Team and department structure created by the administrator.
Name, email address, login details.
Department, role, and related organizational information.
When monitoring is enabled by the employer, MTrackPro may collect and transmit the following:
Device & Browser Information: IP address, operating system, and system information.
Activity Monitoring: Active software, software titles, active browser tab URLs.
Screenshots: Sent in real time to the employer via secure web socket. Screenshots are not stored by MTrackPro.
Live Streaming: Conducted peer-to-peer using **WebRTC **and end-to-end encrypted. Streams are transferred directly from the employee’s device to the employer’s device. We do not store or relay these streams on our servers.
Geo-Location (for field tracking): If enabled, location data may be stored in our database.
Input Data Metrics: Mouse movements, keystroke counts, and click counts. We do not capture the actual content typed.
We use collected information to:
Provide and maintain the MTrackPro platform.
Enable employers to monitor productivity as configured.
Generate usage reports and analytics.
Communicate with admins and users for support and updates.
Improve platform performance and features.
Meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Employers/Organizations control and own the data collected from their teams.
Employees should direct any requests or concerns to their employer.
MTrackPro processes information only on behalf of the employer.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with:
Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors).
Legal authorities if required by law.
Business successors in case of merger or acquisition.
Data is kept as long as the employer’s account is active or as required to provide Services.
Employers may configure retention settings for activity and location data.
Screenshots and live streams are never stored.
After account closure, data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless legally required to retain it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including:
Encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS).
WebRTC encryption for live streams.
Secure peer-to-peer communication for screen data.
Role-based access controls.
Employers are responsible for enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), using strong passwords, and restricting access to monitoring features.
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:
Accessing or updating your information.
Requesting deletion of your data.
Restricting or objecting to certain processing.
Employees should first contact their employer for requests related to monitoring data.
MTrackPro is intended for business use and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.
Your data may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence. We take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
